Methane Update for US Oil & Gas Sites
The Trump US administration is removing limits on methane leaks, which will allow oil and gas companies to decide how much of the greenhouse gas can escape into the atmosphere from wells, pipelines and storage tanks.The new rules effectively rescind the Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to regulate methane, the largest component of natural gas.

Zero-Carbon Production of Nickel, Cobalt and Iron
Canada Nickel Company Inc. has announced it has created a wholly-owned subsidiary, NetZero Metals, to begin the research and development of a processing facility that would be located in the Timmins, Ontario region with the goal of utilizing existing technologies to produce zero-carbon nickel, cobalt and iron products.
